These marvellous gardens were the site of a very low-key wine tasting with just a few of the local wineries invited. Winemaker, Bruce McGuire, was there representing Santa Barbara Winery. We never lack voluteers for this event – Bruce had to pull rank.
Ganna Walska Lotusland is a 37 acre botanical wonder containing subtropical and tropical plants from around the world. Lotusland is home to several extraordinary collections including rare cycads, cacti, palms and euphorbias.
Reservations need to be made to visit the gardens.
