The Australian conglomerate, who has decided to steal their name from an existing established winery has no right to be protected or supported by American governmental agencies. Furthermore it is the duty of these agencies to protect Santa Barbara Winery from foreign buisness interests who's intentions are to confuse the consumer and tarnish an existing American buisness.
